One of the Largest Commercial Tire Company on Oahu is looking for an Detail Oriented, Dependable, Hard Working Individual to join our Team as a Service Advisor

JOB DUTIES:

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers in-person as well as on the telephone.
• Communicates with inside and outside sales staff to ensure proper scheduling so productivity of mechanics is maximized.
• Creates and updates work orders, reviews all invoices to ensure accurate billing.
• Communicates effectively in English both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to shift gears, and react quickly without compromising customer service.
• Create and maintain a positive relationship with customers and vendors.

REQUIREMENTS: :

• Available Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PC
• If you receive a job offer it will be conditional based upon successfully passing a pre-employment background screening and pre-employment drug test.
